ASMI: Luis ASMI completed their trustee meetings with successful presentations on metallurgical issues (GE engine blade issue and a Boeing battery issue).
WSPE: John, no meeting planned
ASME: Sam planning a mousetrap contest

SAE: George, private pizza meeting and presentation and recruitment, tentatively scheduled for 9 Jun. Also had a ZOOM presentation on UW SAE formula electric car.
INCOSE: Paul, meeting 24 Jun tour of PACCAR truck electrification lab and a presentation by Tracy Farwell on energy management systems
IEEE: Dave No Jun meeting on schedule yet
SAMPE: Tiffany upcoming tour of UW Advanced Composite center and the successful outreach event with Seattle Public Schools

Treasurers Report
Dave reported $12K in the bank,( about $1.6K increase over last years balance at this time due to no banquet this year)
Engineering Banquet
The future of the banquet is in a state of flux. A few topics were mentioned
Low number of award nominations.
Low attendance
Appetizer or buffet instead of table served meal
Different lower cost venue
Hold the banquet every other year
Plan to discuss the Banquet in the September meeting
Andrew requested an update to Randy Slate’s Government Engineer of the year to include his work at Snohomish County; Dave agreed to handle this
Mentor nights
The UW Bothell event went well with a good turnout
Other Business
Discussed a possible PSEC board social event, possibly a Mariners game
