Engineering Banquet 2026
Proposal is to postpone event for 2026 and revisit in 1 year to see if there is increased interest in the event.
Proposed by Andrew, seconded by Sam, approved by majority.
Engineering Fair
Some questions needing answers are the number of booths allowed, can we bring Formula SAE to the event, cost of background checks ~ $45 each.
Current plan PSEC partnering with Pacific Science Center
Sunday February 22 Each both participant does require a background check, maximum of 20 booths, excited at having Formula SAE

Seattle Central – Event Brite, last Thursday in January 29th, 6-8:00 PM, they will send out their form this month please forward to your constituents. Invite was sent out this week.
