Engineering Banquet 2026

Proposal is to postpone event for 2026 and revisit in 1 year to see if there is increased interest in the event.
Proposed by Andrew, seconded by Sam, approved by majority.

Engineering Fair
Motion to move to the Pacific Science Center for the engineering fair, it does not require us to reserve and set up booths (no cost) timing is comparable with the MOF activity centering around engineering week.  First by Mike, Motion was approved.

Some questions needing answers are the number of booths allowed, can we bring a Formula SAE car o the event, cost of background checks will be $45 per person .
Current plan:PSEC partnering with Science center
Sunday February 22 or Saturday 2/28, biggest does require a background check, maximum of 20 booths, excited at having Formula SAE
