Girish Lakshman is the president of Fulfillment for Sears Holdings, accountable for all aspects of the Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Member Technology and Network Optimization & Modeling organizations.

Girish most recently served as vice president of Worldwide Transportation Strategy, Technology and Customer Returns at Amazon. During his 15 years with Amazon, Girish advanced through the organization, holding a variety of roles in transportation, technology, logistics, operational excellence and management. Girish’s early career experiences included operations planning for manufacturing and industrial engineering functions. His strong operational discipline, process thinking and experience leading change make Girish an asset to SHC and to the capabilities we are building.

Girish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical and industrial engineering from Osmania University in India.
