- SME Presentation: Tim Bond, Ed Halloran (SME)
- Ed presented a project that the local SME chapter is championing to offer a Manufacturing Challenge competition. The plan is to allow college engineering student teams to compete for scholarship prizes. They are looking for volunteers to help in the planning process which will begin with a teleconference on the 16th of December.

- Engineer’s Fair Committee: Chris Roberdeau (AIAA)
- The Eventbrite link has been sent out and signups have started
- Please help get the word out if you would like to host a booth or know someone that might want to host a booth.
- Chris will be going to a Boy Scout roundtable meeting to get the word out. If someone has a contact within the Girl Scouts, let Chris know.
- A marketing push into the schools will start in January
- A Popsicle stick bridge competition will be held this year
- Banquet Committee Report: Sam Gheesling (ASME), Peter Opsahl (SEAW)
- A keynote speaker has been identified. It will be Don Ruhmann from Boeing. He has been given instructions. His bio has yet to arrive.
- It was agreed to use the Seattle Met person for photos again this year. This includes a half page in the magazine and some marketing before and after the event.
- Stan will work with Luis to set up the Eventbrite signup for the banquet.
- Mentor Nights: Jason Salazar (ASME)
- An Eventbrite link for the Seattle Central College event has been placed
- A backup coordinator for the Bellevue event is needed
- It appears that Shoreline College will do an event, possibly in March
- Jason will be sending out an email after each event to ask if the volunteers want to be kept informed about future events.

- Events calendar has been filled in except for Highline and Bellevue Mentor Night events. They are still awaiting finalized dates.
- Steve reported that it appears there will be no YEPPS event this year.

The AMCON calendar event is the booth set-up on Monday Feb 15th, and the Manufacturing Expo with seminars and Expo on Tuesday and Wednesday 9:00-3:30. It is important to encourage as many PSEC societies members sign-up to attend. The Expo is a showcase of small Contract manufactures products. College students are also welcome.
