4. Treasurer’s Report : Chris Roberdeau (AIAA)
   • Chris did not attend. Dave reported that a check was written for the banquet deposit.

6. Washington Regional, Future Cities Competition: Leann Kostek
   • Leann gave an overview of Future Cities competition.
   • Donations and volunteers/judges are welcome.
7. Committee Chairs: Sam Gheesling (ASME)
   • Gary Foss has agreed to head of the education outreach committee
   • The entire slate of committee heads is now in place
8. Engineer’s Fair Committee: Chris Roberdeau (AIAA)
   • No report as Chris did not attend though Sam reported that the booth price structure will be the same as last year.
9. Banquet Committee Report: Sam Gheesling (ASME), Peter Opsahl (SEAW)
   • Sam is finalizing the signatures on the contracts
   • The speaker is still being identified. Looking at some Boeing executives.
10. Mentor Nights: Jason Salazar (ASME)

       • Jason talked about the Mentor Nights page
       • Luis reported that the Bothell event will probably not occur this year but perhaps next year.
    3. Mentor Night Scheduling: Peter Opsahl (SEAW)
       • Peter expressed concern about mentor volunteer coordination. The SEAW has its own volunteer coordinator and the issue is that SEAW members may not know to whom to go to sign up, the Eventbrite site or the SEAW coordinator. Peter decided that the SEAW coordinator position is not needed.
11. Events Calendar for 2015-2016: Sam Gheesling (ASME)
    • Seattle Central Mentor Night date is set (January 21st)
    • AmCon conference is set for Februrary 16th and 17th
    • Everett Community College Mentor Night is set for April 8th
12. Open Discussion: All
    • Art Moss asks that you let your societies know about the AmCon conference in February. Volunteers for manning the booth are requested.
    • Steve brought up the possibility of a Mentor Night event at Shoreline Community College. He will look into it.
    • Peter announced some SEAW events that they want to publicize. He will get with Stan to get an announcement on the website.
